What if I have a damaged piece upon delivery?
Please contact our Customer Service Department at 281.492.9964 to schedule a service technician to come to your home for minor repairs.
Major damageed items will be replaced.
What is Model Home Furniture's cancellation and return policy?
Because we special order furniture upon request, we have an "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" policy. We do offer an exchange of the approximate value under certain circumstances.
Will Model Home Furniture set up my furniture?
For local delivery, we set up and assemble almost all merchandise. Exceptions will be brought to your attention by your sales associate and noted on your sales order.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, they will need the original receipt, a valid picture ID (such as a driver’s license) and a vehicle ID.
If my furniture needs a replacement part, where can I pick it up?
All parts need to be picked up at our showroom 613 S. Mason Rd. Katy Texas.
Can I make a purchase over the phone?
You may purchase over the phone if we have a credit card authorization form on file. You may also fax us a completed credit card authorization.
